Ganesha's arrival in Tumsar on a potholed road!..

Bhandara/Tumsar Sept :- 14,  While preparations are underway for the arrival of the beloved Ganesha in Tumsar, the poor condition of the main road in the Khapa Toli area on the Tumsar-Bhandara road is adding to the concerns of the citizens. There are deep potholes of about half to one foot in places on the road, and the citizens are expressing angry reactions like 'potholes in the road or road in the potholes'. Since the installation of Ganesha will be held on Monday, it seems that Bappa will also have to travel on this potholed road.

The construction of this road, which is under the control of the Public Works Department, Mohadi, was done in some parts; however, the work is seen to be stalled halfway through.

The citizens are alleging that the concerned contractor has neglected the work, and there is a need for the people's representatives and the concerned officials to take an account of this work.

Notably, this is the route that public representatives and concerned officials travel on every day. Citizens are raising the question of whether the condition of the road is not being noticed by them. The question of whether development works are being neglected as it is not the election season is also being discussed now. Ganeshotsav has begun and festivals like Durga Puja, Dussehra, Diwali will follow. Therefore, the traffic of citizens and vehicles on this main route will increase further.
